Sarah Woodcock is a strategy and programmes leader who has worked in leadership roles supporting CSOs, governments, and businesses to develop innovative, impact-driven strategies and programmes across Asia, Europe, and North America. She has a particular interest in the measurement of impact and the transformative power of data in solving complex development challenges. She has worked with teams from more than 40 countries during her career building public-private partnerships that deliver long-term sustainable results. She holds a master’s degree from SOAS University of London in human rights law and the political economy of development.
