Serene

Concert Pianist and Software Engineer

Serene is a concert pianist and technologist whose presence on the international stage defies traditional expectations. A Bösendorfer artist, her debut at the Vienna Konzerthaus — performing two concertos in a single evening whilst projecting her live brainwaves via her own code — solidified a reputation for both musical innovation and technical stamina. Serene is also the creator of the Snowflake Protocol, used to bypass internet censorship, and the founder of Snowstorm. Recognized by WIRED as “one of the most significant hackers in the world,” Serene is an Artist Fellow of the National Arts Club and The Institute and is an advisory board member of the World Ethical Data Foundation.
