Tina Nabatchi is the Joseph A. Strasser Endowed Professor in Public Administration, a professor of public administration and international affairs, and Director of the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC) at the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Her research focuses on citizen participation, collaborative governance, conflict resolution, and challenges in public administration. An elected fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration, Nabatchi has won several awards for her research and teaching.
