Dr. Janie Frampton OBE DL is a former football official and FIFA instructor. She was the second woman to officiate in men’s professional football in England, and one of only eight FIFA Women Instructors in the world. During her 30-year career, Janie operated across the sport sector at the national and international level, pushing through barriers and advocating for fairness, gender equality, and aspiring talent throughout the world of sport and business. Today, Janie brings her skills learned on the pitch to the boardroom, working with leaders, teams, and organizations to build cultures of resilience, inclusion, and courageous leadership.
