Medeni Sungur is the president of Digimar Institute / Kuest Studio, a multilingual content production organization based in Istanbul. He leads a lean team creating explainer videos, documentaries, and policy content for civil society organizations and liberal foundations across Europe and Turkey.

His work sits at the intersection of liberal advocacy, media innovation, and digital strategy, with a track record of delivering training programs across Turkey and Europe to help civil society organizations master short-form video as a tool for democratic communication.

Rather than layering AI onto existing processes, Medeni is building an agent-native organization from scratch, designing agentic workflows that fundamentally reshape how policy content is researched, produced, and distributed. He is currently developing CivicVoice, an AI-assisted short-form video accelerator empowering Turkish civil society organizations and individuals to tell their own stories at scale, and running the Thinkfluencer training program to equip liberal advocates with cutting-edge content creation skills.
