Vincent Manoharan is a lawyer, Dalit rights advocate, and founder of the National Campaign for Dalit Human Rights (NCDHR), an independent human rights watchdog committed to the elimination of caste discrimination. NCDHR is the recipient of the 2007 Rafto Prize. Manoharan also founded the International Dalit Solidarity Network.
