Shakeela Ebrahimkhil is an Afghan journalist who, in 2010, helped launch TOLO News, Afghanistan’s first and only 24/7 news outlet. She stepped onto the Oslo Freedom Forum stage to discuss how freedom of the press is a conduit for freedom and its role in empowering women in her native Afghanistan.
