Lyudmila Savchuk is an investigative journalist, media expert, and Internet disinformation activist from Russia who specializes in researching, detecting, and countering propaganda. In 2015, Savchuk went undercover to expose the Russian troll factory, the Internet Research Agency (IRA), named in the Mueller probe. After leaking her findings, Savcuk filed and won a lawsuit against the IRA, further bringing the troll factory into the public eye. Savchuk lectures on disinformation globally and remains involved with activism through her media project, Information Peace, to counter the ongoing information war.
