Antonio Ledezma is a Venezuelan opposition leader and former prisoner of conscience. Ledezma took the stage at the 2018 Oslo Freedom Forum just eight days after Nicolas Maduro won a presidential election in Venezuela that was neither free nor fair. In his talk, Ledezma explains in detail how the Maduro regime governs with impunity the fate of millions of Venezuelans by using violence, famine, and death as weapons against its own people.
