Syrian cartoonist Ali Ferzat reveals the fear and repression that the Syrian people have lived in daily, and points out the irony of calling the conflict in Syria a civil war when weapons and forces from outside countries and governments are constantly flowing into Syria. Ferzat acknowledges that the revolution is not perfect, but believes the uprising will self-correct with time and that the criticism should be leveled against members of the international community that have supported Assad. Ferzat says that the revolution will be successful and that it will continue until freedom has been achieved in Syria.
