Ausama Monajed is a leading Syrian dissident and a member of the Syrian National Council. Monajed served as the executive director of the London-based Strategic Research and Communication Center, which released daily reports on the ongoing conflict in Syria, and the founder and director of Barada TV, a Syrian opposition television network. He has been widely interviewed in global media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Foreign Policy Magazine, and The Daily Telegraph. Monajed works as a communication consultant in Europe and the United States.
