American folk rock artist

Lissie is an American folk rock artist. She released her debut EP, “Why You Runnin,’” in 2008. Her first album, “Catching a Tiger,” was released in 2010. She was named “Best New Solo Artist” by Paste Magazine in 2010. The single “When I’m Alone” was chosen by iTunes UK as its Song of the Year” in 2010. Her song “All My Life” was featured on the television shows “House,” “The O.C.,” and “Veronica Mars.” Lissie has also released popular covers of Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance,” Kid Cudi’s “Pursuit of Happiness,” and Fleetwood Mac’s “Go Your Own Way.” Her latest EP, “Cryin’ to You,” was released in March 2014. She resides in Ojai, Calif.
