Mauricio Rodas is an Ecuadorean economist who has worked for the United Nations’ Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Santiago and Mexico City. In 2007, he founded and served as the executive director of Ethos Public Policy Lab, a Mexico-based think tank. He is a visiting fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, working on issues of resilience in the face of climate change.
