Cellist and composer Joshua Roman is hailed for his “effortlessly expressive tone… and playful zest for exploration” (NY Times). Having performed with leading orchestras worldwide, Joshua has also worked as board advisor and performer for Los Angeles’ Street Symphony, a nonprofit organization that utilizes music to create opportunities of human connection to homeless and incarcerated communities, performed for displaced population in northern Uganda’s IDP camps (Internally Displaced Person), and is currently embarking on Immunity, a multidisciplinary project confronting the impact of long-COVID on his career.
