Lilian Tintori is a Venezuelan human rights advocate dedicated to advancing democracy and justice worldwide. Following her husband’s imprisonment in Venezuela, she emerged as a global advocate for human rights, meeting with world leaders and organizations to demand the release of political prisoners. She founded Free Them, World Liberty Congress’s political prisoners program, and authored “Pathway to Freedom,” a handbook designed to empower families of political prisoners. Lilian currently serves as a mentor for HRF’s Freedom Fellows, guiding emerging activists and changemakers to strengthen their resilience, leadership, and impact in the fight for liberty.
