Nasako Besingi is a social and environmental activist and a sustainable farmer from Cameroon. Through his organization, Struggle to Economize the Future Environment (SEFE), Besingi defends not only the environment in Cameroon but also the country’s marginalized English-speaking minority. In his talk at the 2018 Oslo Freedom Forum, he shares how he has faced governmental censorship, imprisonment, and even death threats for his work.
