Lobsang Sangay is the former democratically elected prime minister of the Central Tibetan Administration’s government-in-exile. In his speech at the 2013 Oslo Freedom Forum, Sangay discussed Tibet’s government in exile, their ongoing fight for freedom, and how democracy will help reclaim Tibet for its people.
