Prime Minister of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile Lobsang Sangay discusses the difficulties of asymmetric activism: in his case, the challenges faced by a government in exile with limited resources struggling against the economic and political superpower of China. Sangay encourages other activists from other countries who are new to exile to continue their struggle, build their strength, and wait for the right opportunity. By following democratic methods and ideals, the Tibetan global community has been able to effectively run a government that provides many social services to its people, and Sangay has faith that democracy will ultimately prevail over Communist Party rule in China.
