Preet Bharara is an American lawyer who served as US attorney for the Southern District of New York from 2009 to 2017. Bill Browder is the co-founder and CEO of Hermitage Capital Management, an investment fund and asset management company specializing in Russian markets. Bharara and Browder joined the 2019 Oslo Freedom Forum to discuss global sanctions, financial corruption, and tactics for countering tyranny.
