Wonho Chung isa comedian and television personality. Born in Saudi Arabia to a South Korean father and Vietnamese mother, Chung was raised in Jordan. He graduated from Jordan’s Applied Science Private University in 2004. Chung’comedy career began in 2007 when he joined the critically acclaimed “Axis of Evil” comedy group on its first tour of the Middle East. He performed in 27 shows as part of the tour, in front of 20,000 people total, in Jordan, Egypt,Kuwait, Lebanon, and Dubai. The tourspawned the award-winning TV series “The Axis of Evil Comedy Tour: 3 Guys and Wonho,” the most successful originally produced show in Showtime Arabia’s History. Chung has been called the “first Arabic speaking stand up comedian in the Middle East.”
