His forthcoming book, “Outrage Machine: How Tech Amplifies Discontent, Disrupts Democracy—And What We Can Do About It,” delves into the intricacies of social dynamics within digital media platforms. Earlier in his career, Rose-Stockwell led humanitarian projects concentrating on civil-war reconstruction efforts in Southeast Asia. For his efforts, he was honored with an award from the 14th Dalai Lama.
