Shely is an activist from Madagascar who focuses on addressing state capture and promoting the implementation of genuine democracy in Madagascar. Since 2021, she has coordinated the Transparency International Integrity Bootcamdemocp, a three-day program that trains community leaders in Madagascar on political integrity. Her work is driven by a commitment to liberating the country from the undue influence of private interests and fostering a new generation of integrity-minded leaders.
