Parit Wacharasindhu is the spokesperson of Thailand’s leading opposition party and one of the 143 remaining opposition members of Parliament after the party was dissolved by the Constitutional Court. He also serves as the chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Political Development, leading the push for a new constitution and reform of laws to better improve free speech, protect human rights, and abolish military conscription.
