Marc L. Wachtenheim is a business executive, international development professional, and democracy activist. In the 2000s, Wachtemheim led the Cuba Development Initiative at the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), where he worked on the promotion of human rights and development on the island and supported the work of pro-democracy activists. He also worked as an advisor on human rights at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. He is the founder and president of W International, LLC, an international development and strategic consulting firm.
