Hagar Hajjar Chemali is a foreign policy analyst, news commentator, writer, and political satirist. She worked in national security and public affairs for 12 years, including as spokesperson for the US Mission to the United Nations, director for Syria and Lebanon at the National Security Council, treasury spokesperson for terrorism and financial intelligence, and senior policy advisor for the Middle East and Asia in the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crimes at the Treasury Department. She is now the founder and CEO of strategic communications consultancy firm Greenwich Media Strategies and is the host and writer of the award-winning YouTube show, “Oh My World.”
