Tatyana Eatwell is an international human rights lawyer at Doughty Street Chambers in London. She has acted in several cases of arbitrary detention, targeting, and harassment of journalists and human rights defenders by state and non-state actors. Her cases include those of Jimmy Lai, a prisoner of conscience in Hong Kong, and Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, a British-Iranian national arbitrarily detained in Iran from 2016–2022.
