Dmytro Kuleba is a Ukrainian diplomat and the country’s minister of foreign affairs. He was the country’s main diplomat when Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022; he joined the Oslo Freedom Forum virtually that year to talk about the invasion and the resiliency of the Ukrainian spirit. He previously served as the deputy prime minister on matters of European relations.
