Rita Kahsay is an Irob-Tigrayan human rights advocate and researcher with extensive experience in victim-led justice and accountability initiatives. She has documented conflict-related sexual violence in Ethiopia’s Tigray war. She has worked with international organizations, governments, and civil society to support survivors, advocate for change, and strengthen justice mechanisms. Her work spans legal advocacy, refugee rights, and minority rights.
