Armin Reinartz is a distinguished scholar and diplomat renowned for his expertise in East Asian studies and international cooperation. In 2016, Reinartz spearheaded the establishment of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s Greater China Unit and Global Innovation Hub in Hong Kong, where he assumed leadership in 2017.
