Kyle Parker is the Senate staff director and former chief of staff of the U.S. Helsinki Commission. Currently the most well-traveled American official in wartime Ukraine, Kyle helps lead the Helsinki Commission’s efforts to end Russia’s genocidal assault on Ukraine. He previously served on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and helped lead the creation of the Magnitsky Act.
