Justin is the product lead for Jigsaw’s efforts to counter repressive censorship. The team’s work encompasses strengthened internet standards, censorship circumvention tools such as Outline and Intra, and advancements in censorship measurement. He is also responsible for the Jigsaw Phishing Quiz. Prior to joining Jigsaw, Justin held various roles as a software engineer and strategy consultant.
