Juan José Matarí is a Spanish senator and chair of the Senate’s Ibero-American Affairs Committee, where he focuses on Spain’s relations with Latin America. A longtime member of the Partido Popular, he previously served in the Congress of Deputies and the Andalusian Parliament. He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid.
