The Human Rights Foundation (HRF) recognizes that the coronavirus pandemic is still ever-present and that the Delta variant has increased the number of COVID-19 cases in recent weeks.
Given that the health and safety of HRF’s conference staff and attendees is of utmost importance to us, we will be taking all possible measures to keep our conference participants safe.
HRF continues to follow federal and state laws, as well as venue regulations, and will be implementing various strategies to reduce the possible spread of COVID-19. Some of these strategies include, but are not limited to:
(a) Having a testing site setup outside of the conference center to offer rapid testing.
(b) Having masks and sanitizer on-hand to offer to participants.
(c) Cleaning and disinfecting “high touch” surfaces and shared objects regularly.
(d) Disabling water fountains and, instead, providing guests with water bottles.
